Terms & Conditions for Parthenon Souda Hotel

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Parthenon Souda Hotel (“Hotel”) and form a legally binding agreement between you and the Hotel.    b. Valid identification, such as a passport or ID card, must be presented by all guests upon check-in.

   b. The Hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, water shortages, or service interruptions.

   a. The Hotel may collect and process personal information provided by guests for the purpose of reservation and stay management. The Hotel will handle this information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.

7. Miscellaneous:
   a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the guest and the Hotel, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
   b. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Hotel is located.
   c. The Hotel reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hotel’s website.
